How do I measure myself?

Do you offer specific measurements for individual items?
We provide specific measurements for all dresses and apparel. These measurements can be found on the individual product pages within the product details section.
What designers do you carry?
To ensure the highest quality merchandise at the most affordable price, we designed an exclusive assortment of Vow’d wedding dresses you won’t find anywhere else.
Do you provide alterations or dress customizations?
Vow’d does not offer alteration services or dress customization. We recommend finding a seasoned, local tailor who has experience in bridal wear or special events dresses to fit your dress to your unique frame and needs.

We know there’s a lot to learn about the differences between dress styles, silhouettes and fabric choices. To make it easy on you, we’ve created a Wedding Vocab 101 to break down the most commonly used terminology. You can also talk to a seasoned stylist [email protected].
Are your wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses made-to-order?
Unless otherwise indicated, all merchandise on our website is ready to ship at time of purchase. Some items may appear as preorder or backorder, and the expected ship date for these items is shown on the product page.
What does “preorder" and “backorder" mean?
Preorder items are still being produced, and therefore won’t ship to you right away. Conversely, backorder items are styles we’ve sold through available inventory on, and a replenishment is in production.
Once you purchase a preorder or backorder item, the style will ship to you as soon as we have received the inventory to complete your purchase. Expected ship dates are listed on each item's product page, or you can contact [email protected] for more information on expected shipping.
How do I care for my wedding gown or bridesmaid dress?
All Vow’d wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses are dry clean only. Please refer to the dress's care label for full details.
Do you offer plus-size styles?
We offer a variety of plus-sized wedding dresses that are specifically cut to fit a curvier silhouette, up to size 24W. Shop the collection here.
Do you charge more for plus-size gowns and dresses?
Size is just a number and it shouldn’t affect the price tag.
Do you still offer try-at-home?
We decided to sunset our try-at-home program to focus on our rapidly growing store list! If you'd like online support in narrowing down your dress picks contact our Guest Services team at [email protected]. They're seasoned professionals and are always happy to help.
ORDER & PAYMENTS
Can I add or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
We are unfortunately unable to make any changes to an order after it has been submitted.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Upon completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout.
How do I check my order status?
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account or contact [email protected].
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay (available on iPhone only), and Klarna.
What is Klarna?
Klarna is an installment-based payment provider that splits your order into 4 payments so you can spread the cost of your purchase over time. Learn more.
Only available on products between $35-$2000. Cannot be used on gift cards.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase a digital gift card (AKA – e-gift card) in varying increments online, here.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated during the checkout process and is based on existing local, state, and federal laws.

Does Vow’d have any physical locations I can purchase my dress at?
Yes, please visit our stores page for the most up-to-date list of Vow’d locations.
Do you charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments?
Absolutely not. We understand your schedule changes and things happen. We just ask you give us a ring ahead of time so we can let our waitlist know!

Do you offer any in-store events?
We love hosting bridal events - Think pop-ups, open houses with local vendors, flower trucks, etc. Visit Our Stores page to see the most up-to-date info on what’s happening next.
Military Discount: We proudly offer active military personnel 10% off their total purchase in-store. The person placing the order must present a valid military ID at the time of purchase for the discount to apply. This discount is not redeemable for cash, nor applicable toward previously purchased merchandise. Cannot be combined with other offers.

Yes! As part of the Altar’d State family of brands, we believe that retail has the power to change the world for better.
