SHIPPING

We currently deliver within the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. Shipments to PO Boxes and APO/ FPO addresses will be sent Standard delivery.

We offer 3 shipping options to fit your needs.

Standard Shipping 5-9 business days $4.95-$12.95
Express 2 business days + $15.00
Overnight 1 business day + $25.00

 

 

 

Orders placed after 2:00PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail with tracking when your order is on the way. Please note, orders may be split across multiple shipments.

RETURNS

We gladly accept returns for merchandise in new condition. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receiving your merchandise to be eligible for a full refund. All returns must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned to a store, unless the

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in original packaging with tags attached. Once a tag is removed, an item cannot be returned. Product not in new condition may be refused or subject to a stocking fee.

Product marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Reusable and protective face masks are final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

HOW TO RETURN
  1. Locate your order & print a return label
    • If you have a Vow’d Account, log in and select order history. Then, locate and select the order you want to return. Scroll to the bottom of the order page and click the return link found in the lower right corner. Follow the instructions to print your label.
    • For guest orders, locate your order number from your e-mail confirmation or packing slip. Then, navigate to the Sign In page and fill out the "check order" form to locate your order page. Scroll to the bottom of the order page and click the return link found in the lower right corner. Follow the instructions to print your label.
    •  Please note, there is a $7.00 return shipping fee charged for use of this label. This cost will be deducted from the refund price. Record your tracking number to follow your return’s progress
  2. Package your return & affix return label
    • Complete the return form included in your order. Repackage your merchandise securely. Cover or remove any original mailing labels or barcodes on the package.
  3. Take your package to a UPS drop off location
    • For assistance locating a drop off location click here. Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing.
  4. If you opt to use your own return label
    • Complete the return form included in your order and repackage your merchandise securely. Cover or remove any original mailing labels or barcodes on the package.

    • Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Record your tracking number to follow your return’s progress.

 

EXCHANGES

We gladly accept exchanges for merchandise in new condition. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in original packaging with tags attached. Once a tag is removed, an item cannot be exchanged. Products not in new condition may be refused or subject to an additional fee.

Exchanges should be initiated within 15 days of receiving your merchandise to be eligible. All apparel returns must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned to a store. Items purchased in-store, that go home with you on day of purchase, must be returned to a store within 15 days accompanied by an original receipt.

Reusable and protective face masks are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Gift cards cannot exchanged.
