You can't go wrong with a coffee from K Brew or Coffee and Chocolate to start. Then when you're ready for breakfast, Ruby Sunshine has a southern take on all your favorites.

Just a street over you can check out the historic Tennessee Theatre and local gems like Bliss. If you really want to see the city come alive, try to score tickets to a game and cheer on the UTK Vols in Neyland Stadium!

Have a little extra time? A drive to The Great Smoky Mountains or a kayak down the Tennessee River are perfect for spending your time in East Tennessee.
