Make the most of your wedding shopping experience with these insider tips
There is no right or wrong way to go into your bridal appointment, but for first-timers looking for a little extra encouragement we asked the Vow'd Stylists to share their top tips for making the most of the salon experience.
1 | Bring in any kind of inspiration that you find! Whether that means unlocking your secret Pinterest board for us or sending a screenshot of a dress that you love, sharing visual cues can be an easy way to communicate your fav looks during the appointment.
2 | Think about who you want to bring with you. Be sure you are bringing your most supportive entourage, or feel free to fly solo! Don’t worry, your Stylist will be your biggest cheerleader.
3 | Pack a few snacks and stay nourished before you head to the appointment. Trust us, nothing looks good if you’re hangry!
4 | Communicate your budget range at the beginning of your appointment. Your Stylist will ensure they only pull styles that best meet your needs.
Bonus Tip: Keep in mind accessories and alterations when considering your max budget range.
5 | Bring skin-toned undergarments or shapewear for a seamless foundation under layers of white and ivory fabric.
6 | Bring an open mind and a happy spirit. It is possible that you might fall in love with a style that you never thought you’d wear... trust us, it happens all the time!
